Brad Revill has over 10 years golf course experience at various golf clubs, country clubs and hotel properties. An expert in agronomy, long term planning and financial management, Brad also has extensive irrigation and construction experience from tee to green. Passionate about the environment, Brad has initiated environmental plans and awareness training at each golf course managed by him. Currently he is guiding Nikanti Golf Club towards achieving certification as an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary, which will be the first course in Thailand.
A true student of science, Brad's inquisitive nature fuels his passion for agronomy, continually striving to learn more and more. He takes a systematic approach to agronomy, basing his decisions on facts and hard scientific data.
By collecting performance data, Brad has created a set of Course Performance Objectives tailored to Nikanti Golf Club which take into account the unique design and aim to consistently present the playing surfaces to the highest standard.
A natural leader, Brad has proven results coaching and inspiring his team to achieve their best. He understands that being a strong leader means being transparent at all times, decisive and fair in all decisions which are made logically, based on facts. Brad also places a high priority on employee development and continual education. Through these methods, individuals are guided towards their career goals and the whole team is aligned towards achieving the vision of the company and golf course. The results of a recent employee survey at The Empire Hotel and Country Club revealed that out of a total of 800 employees, led by Brad Revill, the Golf Course and Landscape Maintenance department had scored the highest overall in employee engagement.
